Press Release for the 2024-2025 School Year

Pay Schools Central: Manage your K-12 student's meal account. This is a great way to check for an overdue balance, check to see what your student is purchasing, and add money directly to your student's account. If you have any questions or would like options in limiting items please reach out to our Food Service Director at 330-223-1521 x43229.

FREE/REDUCED MEALS: The United Local School District offers free/reduced meals to students who qualify. Starting with the 2018-19 school year, applications can be found online in the Quick Links section. Simply log on to your account and follow the instructions under Applications/Forms to submit the application online. Applications will also be sent home with students on the first day of school. These applications must be completed annually. For additional questions, please contact the Food Service Director.

Nutrislice: Our food service provider is offering a wonderful feature called Nutrislice, which is an interactive website or mobile app that allows you to view menu items, images, descriptions, and nutrition information on our cafeteria food items! Click the link below to explore our upcoming menu items! The Nutrition Group manages food service for United Local Schools.  The group understands the importance of proper nutrition, and the role it plays in a child’s ability to perform in school. They strive to maximize student participation in the National School Breakfast Program (NSBP) and National School Lunch Program (NSLP). This is achieved through innovative merchandising and promotions that feature trendy nutritious favorites, as well as home-style and traditional fare.

USDA Information

In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
