BEFORE FILLING OUT ONLINE FORMS OR
UPLOADING OTHER DOCUMENTS INTO FINAL FORMS
1. Open Enrollment Applications are available on the UNITED LOCAL WEBSITE at www.eaglepride.net beginning April 1, 2025 through 4:00 P.M. on June 9, 2025.
2. Applications can be printed from the website, or filled out digitally using our fillable PDF application (then either emailed or printed), or you may pick one up at the school. Open Enrollment Applications can be found on the United Local website Homepage. www.eaglepride.net by selecting Quick Links, select Registration and Enrollment, and select either the New Student Open Enrollment Application (Available April 1st) or the Current Student Open Enrollment Application (will be emailed and mailed home on March 14th).
3. Applications may be turned in at the school by either being mailed to United Local School District, 8143 State Route 9, Hanoverton, OH 44423 or it can be emailed directly to: Danielle.Satterfield@eaglepride.net by Friday June 9, 2025. Applications must be filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Once your open enrollment application has been sent to Mrs. Satterfield, please continue your registration with Final Forms. This can be found on the United Local School District website. You will need to create an account for your child. Click HERE for a step-by-step guide. Click HERE to go directly to Final Forms.
5. Documents that need to be uploaded to Final Forms, (only if this is your student's first year attending ULSD):
a. Original Birth Certificate
b. Immunization Records
c. Proof of Residence (2 items)
d. Photo Identification of LEGAL Parent/Guardian (Driver’s License/Photo ID)
e. Current report card, grades, attendance record, transcripts etc. / IEP & ETR
f. Court Ordered Custody Documents (where applicable)
6. Each student applying for open enrollment must have their own application submitted, and may not be combined with other students.
7. Enrollment is open to eligible students from the State of Ohio only.
8. Applicants must re-apply on an annual basis.
9. Enrollment will be limited for the 2025-2026 school year. Applications will be considered as space & program availability exists.
10. Applicants for grades 1-12, will be notified of acceptance mid to late June. Kindergarten Open Enrollment students will be placed on a waitlist. The parents/guardians of Kindergarten Open Enrollment Applicates will be notified of final acceptance or denial, two weeks prior to the start of the school year.
11. United Local School District does not provide transportation out of the district, but your child can be added to an established pickup/drop off stop in the district if there is space on the bus.
The district has a strict attendance policy. Leniency is not granted to open enrollment students due to transportation difficulties.
The number of openings will be determined by optimum size for a class, which is the number of students that can be accommodated without increasing expenditures for staff or equipment. Applications will be considered as space & program availability exists.
