It's almost time! The 2nd annual 8th Grade Carnival for grades Pk-7th will take place on March 21st. Proceeds benefit the 8th grade Washington, D.C. class trip. 8th grade students wrapped up the quarter with a fun art activity of Oreo carving. Students used a toothpick to carve out their design. They enjoyed their art snack after photographing their finished
creation.

Today at United Local School District the cafeteria staff was awarded the “Moments Matter”, from The Nutrition Group.
The staff has consistently gone above and beyond every day to feed the students at United Local. The staff has had many challenges this year and they maintain a positive attitude and a can-do spirit to inspire others.
We are very grateful the dedication of the staff at United Local.

Attention Parents of High School students interested in learning to drive. The ESC of Eastern Ohio has spots available in the Drive to Succeed program. The ESCEO manages grant funding that allows eligible students to attend driving school at a minimal cost.
Requirements:
*Must have a driver's permit
*Provide two letters of recommendation from school staff
*Minimum GPA of 2.0 during current school year.
*Provide proof of financial need: free/reduced lunch documentation or other documentation
